Position Summary:
Motorenn is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Vehicle Porter/Runner to assist in the movement, staging, and care of luxury and exotic vehicles for inspections, smog checks, detailing, and other various appointments. This position plays a crucial support role in our operations by ensuring each vehicle is handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport vehicles to and from various locations, including smog stations, inspection centers, and service bays.
- Carefully handle high-end, luxury, and exotic vehicles in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles on the lot and in service.
- Assist with vehicle staging and organization on the premises.
- Perform basic vehicle walkarounds to note any existing damage before/after transport.
- Support service and operations team as needed for general logistics or vehicle-related tasks.
- Monitor and report any vehicle issues or irregularities immediately.
Qualifications:
- Clean and valid driver’s license with no moving violations (perfect driving record required).
- Experience handling luxury or exotic vehicles strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Must know how to drive manual transmission.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Capable of working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Subject to background check and DMV driving record review.
